Media Registration
The Cable Show is where cable and telecommunications executives make appearances, make deals and make news. Now in its 57th year, it is the show where you’ll find out what’s behind the alliances, innovations and ideas driving a vibrant global industry.
No other industry event brings this many people together in such a focused, fast-paced forum for doing business and sharing ideas. If you cover cable, The Cable Show ’09 is the place to be.
Media Registration Hours
As of March 27, media must register on-site beginning on Tuesday, March 31 at the Media Center located in the East Registration Lobby of the Washington Convention Center.
- Tuesday, March 31 12:00pm - 6:00pm
- Wednesday, April 1 7:30am - 6:00pm
- Thursday, April 2 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday, April 3 7:30am - 3:00pm
Please note:
- Media badges and information packets will not be mailed in advance, so all pre-registered media should plan to pick up their materials on-site at the Media Registration area of the Cable Show floor.
- A Photo ID is required.
- Office/convention managers responsible for handling registration on behalf of their editorial staff must either submit a separate form (if sending paper form) or register individually (online) with personal contact information for each registrant, including phone number, fax number, mailing address and e-mail address.
