Gospel Music Channel and Feed the Children brought CableCares and Comcast DC together to donate a tractor trailer truck filled with food for 800 families at two DC Public Schools; school supplies for Charles Hart Middle School and musical instruments for three local schools. Three elementary schools previously without musical instruments now have a complete set of instruments for their music programs. The students of Charles Hart Middle School in Southeast, DC were surprised by a live concert with Robert Randolph and The Family Band. Robert Randolph not only gave an amazing performance but he surprised the band students, by inviting them to jam on-stage during his performance.
