On-Site Registration

On-site Registration began Tuesday, March 31 at 12:00pm in the West Registration Lobby of the Washington Convention Center (by the L Street entrance).

On-site Registration hours are as follows:

Full Program

Provides admittance to sessions and exhibits for the entire show and access to the Battle of the Bands Charity Fundraiser, which will benefit CableCares. For 2009 only, includes access to the SCTE Conference on Emerging Technologies®; select the check box on the online registration screen or form to RSVP.

Full Program - Daily

Provides admittance to sessions and exhibits for ONE DAY ONLY. This excludes the SCTE Conference on Emerging Technologies for Wednesday & Thursday Only passes. For 2009 only, the Friday daily pass includes access to the SCTE Conference on Emerging Technologies; select the check box on the online registration screen or form to RSVP.

Exhibits Only

Provides admittance only to the exhibit floor for the entire three (3) days of the show.

Exhibits Only - Daily

Provides admittance only to the exhibit floor one (1) day of the show.

Spouse Registration

A special full program registration rate ($300) is available for spouses accompanying fully paid registrants in "Full Program" and/or "Exhibits Only" categories.

Student Registration

A special full program registration rate ($200) is available for full-time college and university students. A copy of a current, valid student ID must accompany the registration form.

Members

Member Rates apply to full-time employees of NCTA member companies whose dues are current.

Non-Members

Registrants who do not fall into the above categories must pay the non-member rate.
